We select only fine ingredients to ensure our product quality: The pizza sauce takes an average of no more than 6 hours from picking to finished canning, maintaining the taste of fresh tomatoes; Papa John's dough uses high-protein flour with higher nutritional content and is naturally fermented at low temperature for 72 hours to fully break down the starch and protein. The fermentation temperature is controlled between 0-4°C, and the pores are made more finite and even across the dough. After baking, the crust is delicate and soft, and the wheat flavor is fully stimulated. No additional oil is required to present a natural golden color. Coupled with strict dough control, the temperature and fermentation status of the dough are monitored 24/7, and all crusts are made to order. This makes for a soft, chewy quality pizza.
