Brut Eatery is a casual dining brand featuring natural simplicity, original spirit and ingenious cooking. We always keep in mind of one principle, beautiful things do not need excessive complexity and packaging, and should return the essence of beauty itself. Co-founded by a well-known local artist Nicole Teng and a famous chef from Asia, Jun. Brut Eatery adheres to the brand spirit of simple, original and ingenuity cooking, we are committed to let each Brut Eatery location to continue to bring our customers with surprising atmospheres of their lives through different themes and design.
Brut Eatery expanded to Nanjing and Chengdu in 2023, and now there are a total of 13 restaurants.
