Jin Ya Ju Bistro derives from Jin Ya Ju, a brand founded in 2016, which aims for high-end refined Cantonese cuisine market. They invited a famous Cantonese chef to serve as chief adviser, he had developed classic Hong Kong style chicken and beef soup, and by being more innovative, he creates different dishes by using high-end ingredients.
We invited Mr. Shen Yifeng as our head chef of Jin Ya Ju Bistro, who has more than 20 years of experience in working in five-star hotels. He has mastered the ability of blending traditional soups with different kinds of ingredients, thus developing our different types of dishes. Jin Ya Ju Bistro strongly believes that refined cuisine with unique chicken and beef soup, blended with local ingredients will satisfy our customers not only physically but also mentally.
